The SNDiT website
Related services, content, products, and features (collectively, the “Platform”)
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
SNDiT is a combat sports-focused digital engagement platform that enables members of the combat sports community to:
Create profiles
Share content
Engage with fans
Participate in digital gifting
Connect with sponsors
Promote events
Offer approved combat-related goods and services
Participate in community features
SNDiT is not:
A fight promoter
A sports governing body
A talent agency
A gambling platform
A sportsbook
A financial institution
An investment platform
To use SNDiT:
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction.
You must have authority to enter into these Terms.
You must provide accurate information.
Users under 18 may have restricted access to certain Platform features.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Keep information current
Maintain account security
Keep login credentials confidential
You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.
SNDiT may require identity verification at any time.
SNDiT is a combat sports-exclusive platform.
Permitted content, products, services, and activities must relate to:

Combat Jiu Jitsu

Other approved combat disciplines
SNDiT reserves sole discretion regarding whether content qualifies as combat-related.
Users may upload:
Photos
Videos
Articles
Comments
Marketplace listings
Event promotions
Sponsorship content
You retain ownership of your content.
However, by posting content you grant SNDiT a:
Worldwide
Non-exclusive
Royalty-free
Transferable
Sublicensable
license to host, display, distribute, reproduce, adapt, promote, and operate the content in connection with the Platform.
Users may not:
Pornography
Explicit nudity
Hypersexualized content
Adult services promotion
Hate speech
Harassment
Threats
Criminal activity
Fraud
Scams
Terrorist content
Gang activity
Impersonation
Account selling
Automated scraping
Artificial engagement manipulation
Circumvention of security controls
SNDiT may remove content at its discretion.
SNDiT may facilitate voluntary digital gifting between users.
Important disclosures:
Gifts are voluntary.
Gifts are not investments.
Gifts do not provide ownership interests.
Gifts generally are not refundable except where required by law.
SNDiT may charge fees related to gifting activities.
SNDiT may permit marketplace activities involving approved combat-related products and services.
Permitted examples include:
Combat gear
Protective equipment
Active wear
Memorabilia
Coaching services
Event tickets
Training equipment
SNDiT may remove listings that violate Platform policies. SNDiT may charge fees related to gifting activities.T
Payments may be processed by third-party providers.
SNDiT does not guarantee:
Payment processor availability
Transaction approval
Banking services
Users agree to comply with payment processor requirements.
SNDiT may require identity verification for:
Withdrawals
Fraud prevention
Security purposes
Legal compliance
Failure to complete verification may limit Platform functionality.
SNDiT may facilitate introductions and opportunities between:
Fighters
Gyms
Sponsors
Promotions
Brands
SNDiT is not a party to agreements made between users.
Users are responsible for their own contractual relationships.
All SNDiT trademarks, logos, software, designs, content, and proprietary technology are owned by SNDiT or its licensors.
Users may not:
Reverse engineer
Copy
Modify
Resell
Reproduce Platform technology
without authorization.
SNDiT may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Policy violations
Fraud
Security risks
Illegal activity
Repeated misconduct
Termination may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect users or the Platform.
Combat sports involve inherent physical risks.
SNDiT is a digital platform only.
SNDiT is not responsible for:
Training injuries
Competition injuries
Off-platform conduct
Athlete performance
Coaching advice
Participation in combat sports is at your own risk.
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
SNDiT does not guarantee:
Continuous availability
Error-free operation
Earnings
Sponsorship opportunities
Marketplace success
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
SNDiT shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Lost profits
Lost business opportunities
Emotional distress
Consequential damages
SNDiT’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of:
Amount paid by the user during the previous 12 months, or
$100 USD
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SNDiT and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from claims arising from:
Your content
Your conduct
Violations of these Terms
Violations of law
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the SNDiT Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
SNDiT may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
SNDiT is not liable for changes to Platform functionality.
SNDiT may update these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing legal action, users agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting SNDiT.
Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
Users waive participation in class-action proceedings to the maximum extent permitted by law.
